YOGA
Vagabond Yoga classes combine a physical yoga practice with breathwork and mindfulness, guiding us back
to a place of wisdom and authenticity.

Vagabond Yoga is currently running weekly Midlife Medicine sessions (yoga for women in midlife) and mixed level Hatha Vinyasa classes. These sessions are led by Nell, an experienced teacher, who welcomes all levels onto the mat – beginners are welcome! Her classes are warm and welcoming and designed to release tension, improve wellbeing and connect back to joy.
Vagabond Yoga classes combine a physical yoga practice with breathwork and mindfulness, guiding us back to a place of wisdom and authenticity. Once we strengthen this connection internally, it can prove transformational in the way we navigate our lives and relationships.
Nell’s primary influences are the Earth, the seasons, the elements and connecting back to the life source. She believes that in realigning ourselves back to the natural rhythms and energies of the planet we can feel supported, nourished and inspired. She often weaves these themes into her classes and it has been her greatest joy hearing about the positive ways this has been received by others.
