I am now running two online weekly sessions - one for beginners or those requiring a more gentle yoga session and one which is a little more flow-based and suitable for those who have some experience of yoga and are confident of their strength and mobility.
The sessions will be live-streamed every Tuesday morning but will be accessible by those who have paid for the session for 5 days following the live class. This will enable those who cannot attend the live session to watch and follow the recorded class at a time convenient to them.
Although there will not be a two-way chat during the sessions themselves, I will always be happy to respond to any questions or queries after the class via email, through my website chat or even a phone call if you would prefer to chat in person.
As always my instructions are a guide only and as I cannot see you moving through the postures you must take full responsibility for yourselves during each practice. I will show modifications of poses at times but it remains your full responsibility to decide what is appropriate and safe for you and to omit those postures and movements which could be injurious to your own body.
The objective is to move through the practice, challenging your strength and mobility, opening muscles and joints, while never moving into the 'red zone' which is strain or pain. Yoga is not an aggressive or competitive practice, it is about adapting the practice to your own needs, to allow maximum benefit and progress over time.
I am so happy to answer any queries you may have, or to have a chat over the phone if that is preferable. Please do get in contact.
Other than that, I do hope you enjoy these sessions and that they help you to bring the light and warmth of yoga ever more regularly into your life and home.
Enjoy the sessions!
