Navigating hormone changes & stepping into power

These sessions are a combination of yoga movement, strength building, mindfulness with additional elements such as brain stimulation, pelvic floor activation and deep, restorative release of muscles

Underpinning all sessions will be nervous system regulation with a calming of the stress response in the body
(often over-stimulated in midlife women due to declining progesterone) and a connection to joy and spirit

All sessions will finish with a 15-minute sound bath so participants can leave feeling peaceful and restored
It is my hope that these sessions will be a safe space for participants to feel nourished, supported, heard
and empowered.

What to bring?
Yoga mat (or you can borrow one)
A blanket
One pair of dumbbells (suggested weight 1 – 2.5 kg)

£12 per session or block booking of 4 for £44 (valid for 6 weeks)
