OUR STORY
Hi, I’m Nell, founder of Vagabond Norfolk.
I am a yoga teacher, gong therapy practitioner, retreat facilitator, speaker of four languages and lover of all things wild and free. As so much of modern life requires us to live within boundaries, to sit behind screens and to operate within fixed timetables I have been increasingly drawn back to walking the earth, connecting to its raw, untameable beauty, reminding myself of the deeper magic of life.
This has inspired me to create Vagabond Norfolk, an offering of classes, gatherings and events to fill our cup, to reconnect with nature, to meet like-minded folk and remember our wilder souls. Ranging from wild swimming, yoga and walking, to crafting, sound baths and sitting round the fireside listening to poems, the experiences are varied and play to different heart strings but all are designed to bring us home and remember joy.
While yoga and sound will naturally feature in some events, I will also be busy creating and collaborating on new, fresh experiences that encompass anything and everything that shines a light on our souls and celebrates life in all its complexity and loveliness.
On a weekly basis, I will be running one evening yoga class and also my Midlife Medicine sessions (yoga for women in midlife) but other than that my focus is on creating moments where we can gather together, celebrate this wonderful land, this wonderful life and remember who we truly are.
If this speaks to you then check out some of my classes & events or sign up to my mailing list to receive the first news on fresh, exciting ideas!
It would be lovely to meet a fellow Vagabonder!
Warm wishes
Nell x
